Q: Getting startup item disabled message

Everytime I start up my macbook pro I get the message

it's similar to one of this two but Im not sure anyways I went to finder then go to folder and tried to search up /Library/StartupItems/VirtualPCOSServices which is what I get in the message but nothing was found so how am I still getting this message if I dont have the files on my computer please help. Thank You
