noise cancellation issue causing headaches on i phone 5

thanks for your prompt answer if its the noise cancellation what can we do to fix this issue

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.2

The phone's noise canceling function is not configurable. You can't turn it off. Further more, you really do not have any evidence (or at least haven't proposed any in your posts) that this function is the source of your headaches. It could easily be caused by any number of things (and possibly not related to phone, much less the noise canceling). I'm certainly not saying you aren't getting head aches while using the phone, or that the noise canceling function isn't the casue, just that it isn't likely and that you shouldn't confuse proximity with cause and effect.


Try using the earbuds for calls for a while and see it that has an impact. Ihey do not include any noise cancelling. Not a sure test by any means, but might provide a clue. More importantly, you might also get a medical opinion.
