My ipod used to open itunes but it no longer does. A notice comes up saying 'No Camera was found' I try to sync it manually but it does not work. I have followed the Support page instructions but it has not worked. I would be grateful for some help. Thanks

Have tried everything here including the Additional Information paragraph?

Thank you. Now my ipod synchs with iTunes. Howerver when I plug the ipod into the laptop a message still comes up saying 'no camera found' and the iTunes window is not launched autromatically.
