How do I recover movies that I previously purchased on iTunes on my PC but were lost in a system crash?

Long ago I moved iTunes to an external Seagate drive attached to my PC. It worked fine until the drive crashed. I was able to recover some of the videos via a backup copy, but not all. I also lost many other items which I can recover, but I would like to re-download all of the movies I already paid for but cannot figure out how to do it... Can someone help me?

iTunes-OTHER, Windows Vista, iTunes on ext HD, HD crashed...

Go to the iTunes Store, log into your account, and click the Purchases link under the Quick Links. From there you should be able to re-download some or all of your purchased content. Note that not all content has been licensed for re-downloading in all countries at this time. You can see what content you can download here:

You can also re-download content using an iOS device.
