Save conversations as .eml

Hi all,

I have the following question:

I'm using an AppleScript to export mails in Apple Mail to .emlx-files (this script: http://superuser.com/questions/484551/creating-save-as-functionality-to-eml-file -in-applescript). This works very good but:

when I try to save a conversation, it only saves the mails I receive OR the mails I send. Probably because of the script only "searching" in one folder (Inbox / Sent messages)?

I know little about programming and was wondering if someone could help me out here?
