Im downloading footage from my HXV200 camera - when i import my footage and play it in FCP X the video and audio does not match? Why is this and can I fix it?

I am using final cut pro X and cant figure out why the video looks like it is in slow motion and the audio is in real time. How do I sync the two so that it runs together? is it something to do with the sequence settings and clip settings?

I didnt use any external mics just the one on the camera which is the HVX200

What are the steps to fix this?
