Hi, I'm from Netherlands Antilles and have buy a iphone 5 sprint and when to used it in my country which is Netherlands Antilles but it say its needs to be unlocked.. Will u pls tell e what I can do to have it unlock to used it in my country

YOu'll have to contact Sprint and see if they offer unlocking. ONly the carrier that the phone is locked to can unlock it.

Don't waste your time contacting Sprint unless you are a customer, because they will not unlock the phone for you. Bottom line, you need to return the phone for a refund, as it will be useless where you live, that is unless you want to fly back to the states & setup service with Sprint.
