There used to be a ton of problems, but not so much these days. I don't know whether to attribute that to improvements in the software or simply that they have a fightening reputation from the past and don't enjoy the market share that they used to.
Since you have the most effective OS X A-V system already installed with Mountain Lion, I must ask why you are asking? If you are having issues, it would be better if you started a new topic and described the issues.
