how can i reset my admin password without typing the old password?

i need help reseting an admin password but i forgot my old one and its asking me to enter my old password first.?

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.7)

I just tried this, but the section where it says "Set" I do not have such a button located on that screen. If so then I have this FireVault 2 set up, which I'm not even sure where to check if I do in fact have it enabled.
