My new iPad mini won't turn on

Might it be out of battery charge? You might try plugging it in to the wall for several hours.

After you resolve that, try resetting the iPad. Hold the on/off and home buttons together for about 10 seconds till the Apple logo appaars.

We have exactly the same problem, we purchased it five days ago was working perfect closed it last night left on charge will not work at all just blank screen tried all the reset as described above still dead won't work.

Frozen or unresponsive iPad

We have visited all the above sites spent hours trying everything as described nothing will get this ipad working, we even ordered by special delivery apple lightning cable which cost £47.00 yes thats right dam ridiculous but sadly it made no difference the power adapter is giving out 5.25 volt so seems to be working OK. it's dead dead dead so i have given up. it will be 4 weeks before we could get to an Apple store. if any one has miracle advise pleas respond.
