Hi, I am using my mac mini for mixing with PT and I am in need to upgrade its original 4Gb ram to more. Has someone upgraded the Mac mini ram to 16Gb, even though the Owners Manual explains that the limit is 8Gb.

Depends on teh year...the Early 2009 can only take 8 GB, while the late 2010 and beyond can take 16 GB, though Apple says only 8 GB.
