What are people moving to for audio editing?

Soundtrack Pro has long been my "go to" app for sound editing of all types, but given it's dead, has there been a consensus on what to move to? Logic Pro? Audacity? Amadeus Pro?

Mac Pro, OS X Mountain Lion

While STP and the whole FCS suite is end of life (aka no support) it still works quite well on machines that stay within the sweet spot (not to far from 10.6.8) which is where my main editing box will stay until it dies.

While I do use Logic for some stuff, I suspect Apple will kill it off like FCS. For that future, I'm getting aquainted with Adobe CS6 master suite and Audacity. (I just can't see moving to pro tools)

Cheers,
