Using iDVd with iMovie 11

Using iDVd with iMovie 11

Would like to use some version of iDVD with iMovie 11. What's the best way to proceed since iDVD didn't come with my Mac and iMovie doesn't seem to output to a DVD compatible format? Thanks.

iMovie '11, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), MacBook Pro 13
