My Radio Mode Button and Radio Channel Selection Button won't do anything but automatic

I lost some speed with my update to 7.6.3 on all of my computers hooked to the Airport Extreme Base Station (AEBS). So I went back to re-gress it to an earlier firmware all the way back to 7.5.2.

After doing so, I lost the ability to change my radio mode button AND lost the 5GHz channels. I hard reset, soft reset and updated back to 7.6.3 and still have no ability to change my radio buttons to anything but automatic. Likewise, my Radio Channel Selection button is set to 1 though 11 for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz.

Any ideas on how to reset this AEBS?
