Download speed is a function of your wireless network conditions and the size of the apps you purchase. 10 or 15 minutes may or may not be significant.

If you're trying to download using a cellular network, you could experience some slow speeds depending on the quality and strength of signal from the cell tower.

If you're downloading a lot of apps, do it on a WiFi network. Besides, the cost of multiple-GB of downloads could be expensive.
