Unknown Error Occured For My iPod Touch (4th Generation)

My iTunes and iPod Touch 4th Generation are all updated to the lastest ones but for some reason everytime I try to connect my iPod to my iTunes it always comes up as "iTunes could not connect to this iPod. An unknown error occured (0xE800000A)." How do I fix this??

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.1
