Can't seem to get my new Brother QL-700 p-touch label printer to work. I have downloaded and installed the driver from Brother three times. Error message reports driver not installed. Can anyone help?

Thanks for this tip! I loaded this driver. Unfortunately, I'm getting the same error message. I'm beginning to think my unfamiliarity with Apple products and it's operating systems is a handicap. I just don't know how to check that the driver is actually installed and is loading properly. With Windows, I could get into the device driver and actually see what is running, uninstall the quirky pieces, and find the piece you're looking for. Maybe it's time to call in the kid down the street...
Set up the printer using System Preferences>Print & Fax.
