How do I use a header table to make mass changes to a document

Good Morning

I would appreciate a little help with a Pages issue.

I have a large document (400 pages) that starts with a table. Is there a way so when I update the head table it will automatically alter other parts of the document?

Sorry if this has been asked before but I have no idea what the question would be.

Thanks for any help.

Hi Will,

Good evening (from Australia).

When you say "head table" do you mean a table or a header?

In Pages, I don't know of any way to link between tables (Pages is a word processor, not a spreadsheet).

If you mean a page header, yes it will flow from page to page unless you insert a Section Break and change the header for that new section.

The more information you give, the easier it will be to get a useful reply.

Regards,

Ian.
