I am searching for the Apple Display Service Utility 4.2.1. Anyone got any clue where it can be found?

I too can't find it. I did find this link, http://home.earthlink.net/~strahm_s/manuals.html, but the download seems to be dead.

Have you had any luck since your post?

Apple has recently taken down its link to the rich collection of downloads for pre-OSX files I had bookmarked. Bummer, I'm pretty sure it would have been there.
