Thanks! Actually, it is my daughter's and I sent her the info. She does have an Apple appt. at 3:30!! I will save this link in case I need it in the future!!
I saw this article - but how do I know if I need to reset the memory - as the article suggests - or if it is the mother board- as some other articles say---
I think I could change out the memory but where do I purchase one -- if that is the case??
