Q: iPad 2 personal hotspot, possible?

My service provider (AT&T) updated my account so that my iPhone 5 and iPad 2 could both be setup to use as a personal hotspot. I've had no issues setting up the iPhone 5, but can't seem to find the settings on the iPad 2.  Any thoughts?

Just looked at the first link. You need an iPad 3 or newer.
