I am trying to reinstall iTunes. Followed all instructions but still cannot remove Apple Mobile Device Support from the Control Panel. Help.

Do you get an error message when you try to uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support? If so, what does it say? (Precise text, please.)
No error message, the option of uninstall does not come up when I choose MobileMe Control Panel in the Control Panel

If you have a Change option that may lead to Uninstall as one of the choices. See also note 2 of Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
