i bought two iphone 5 and one of them is orking with siri and the other one is working with voice control what is difference and how to update the other iphone to voice control or to siri ?

On of the abilitys that siri has is the (hey siri) that you can enable your siri by say not by touch
I heard in one accident a person said (Hey siri) and then said (call 112) and siri helped him by that and he survived the accident
Settings - Siri - set to On.
i will give you more details i have enabled the assistivetouch on both iphones one of them appears " SIRI " and the other one appears " voice control " instead of " SIRI " , both " siri " and " voice control " are doing the same purpose but with different look . so my question is what is the difference ? and which is better ? and how to update one of the iphone to the better choice ? please assist ?
Still needs a definitive answer. What is the difference between Voice Control and Siri.
First (to allow SIRI), go to SETTINGS.
Then go to GENERAL.
Then go to SIRI.
Then slide the slider over until it is green...this will show that SIRI has been enabled.
First (to allow VOICE CONTROL), go to SETTINGS.
Then go to GENERAL.
Then go to SIRI.
Then slide the slider over until it is gray...this will show that SIRI has been turned off, resulting in VOICE CONTROL.
I'm not absolutely positive, but I've heard that voice control works with no WIFI and has a limited command system (the program only understands basic commands). Whereas Siri works with WIFI and will search/ complete any command heard.
