How do I add a ringtone to my iPhone without synching to all of iTunes? I have an enormous music library and do not want to add music to my phone. I checked the handle manually button, but it says it's going to erase everything on phone!? I cannot drag into Library from iTunes either. Help!

Use the itunes app on your phone to buy a ringtone.
Doesn't matter how much music you have on the computer. You don't have to sync it all. You can choose only what you want to have on your iPhone. You an choose to have no music on your iPhone.
I created the ringtone myself through iTunes. Do I click Manually manage music and video after I connect my phone to the computer?
Is this not the same computer you normally sync or manually manage music with? If it's not, then you're going to have to set it wipe the media from the phone before you can add media (including ringtones) from a different library.
Yes, It is the same one I manage music/iPod with. It is a new computer and I have never hooked up the phone to it yet.
If it is a new computer and you have not hooked you phone up, then it is NOT the same library you were syncing the phone with previously.
You can only sync with ONE iTunes library at a time. You will have to let it wipe the media from the phone and re-sync any music, ringtones, etc. to it.
Hopefully, you copied your music and other media from your old computer to the new one already.
The phone is new also and has never been synched with ANY previous library. There is NO music on the phone, just 4 ringtones I purchased from the ITunes store. When you say media, do you mean STRICTLY any downloaded ringtones, or apps, picture etc. as well? And, can I re-download previously purchased ringtones after synching/wiping from phone?
