What is the best for the battery: when i load it to 80%, empty it to 20%, load it to 80%..... or keep it permanently plugged in (so its always on 100%)?

Do not routinely allow the battery to discharge below 20%, never let it drop to 0% unless unavoidable. Plug it in as often as possible.
