during the ios upgrade/ windows stopped working/ itunes icon is stuck on the screen/ pic of usb and arrow pointing to itunes icon/// stuck stuck stuck / i turn off and back on and it comes back the the itunes icon as previously mentioned
During ios upgrade/ windows stopped working/ the itunes icon is on the screen with a picture of the USB connector and an arrow pointing to the itunes icon. I turn off and back on - it comes back to that icon and pic. of USB connector with arrow pointing to the itunes icon. I can not reboot at all.
