I cannot see my iPod in My Computer to transfer my iTunes on to

I am trying to move my iTunes to a new laptop. I have followed the instructions in the article above and all was going well until I try to copy the iTunes folder on to my iPod to transfer it.

I cannot see my iPod in 'My Computer'! Any ideas?

iPod nano, Windows 7
