I accidentally grabed my My Photo Stream from My Pictures & transfered it to a FOB. Now I can't view any of the pictures from my phone & I cant up load any. How do I fix this?

I accidentally grabed my My Photo Stream from My Pictures & transfered it to a FOB. I put it back as soon as I realized. Now I can't view any of the pictures from my phone & I cant up load any. How do I fix this?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.2
