Moving Entire iTunes Library to New Computer

I recently got a new desktop and would like to move my iTunes Library exactly how it is including album art, playlists, iPhone backups, etc. My music is a bit spread throughout the music folder with the majority being in the normal windows "Music" folder, the rest being in the iTunes media folder. I would like it so that once it is moved to the new computer my iPhone thinks its the same library and won't erase and sync. How can all this be done?
