Q: Calendar stopped synching with Exchange

I've been successfully synching Calendar with our office Exchange server. Mail works fine, calendar works fine. Within the last few days, Calendar has ceased working. Upon launch I receive an error message stating "Calendar can't refresh the account "Exchange". Dialog box options include <Revert to Server> <Try Again> and <Ignore>. This is the same message I get when I click on the ! error flag.

I recently changed my iCloud settings to enable Reminders. While I'm not certain these events are linked, I believe the Calendar stopped synching with Exchange upon my enabling the iCloud settings. Outlook 2011 Calendar is staying in sync without issue.

10.8.2

I see the following messages repeating in the Console.

I would appreciate any suggestions for resolution. thanks in advance
