My MacBook Pro shut down unexpectedly and won't connect to wifi now. All other devices in my house are connecting to the wifi just fine. The laptop just refuses to connect. Any ideas on how to fix this/what it might mean?

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2009), Mac OS X (10.6.8)
