Can I sync an old Nokia 6300 to Mountain Lion?

I'm trying to get the contents of my Mac Address Book into an old Nokia 6300 mobile phone, but can't figure out how to do so without iSync. Any ideas?

I'm running Mountain Lion on a 2008 MacBook Pro.

Would be great to find a demo version of this software to make sure it does what I want first... It's very expensive to fork out for the full version without knowing!
