i updated my iphone 3gs and it wont activate?

what error message do you get when you try to activate your phone.

your iphone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. please i need help

How do you do what? Your phone was hacked to unlock it. Only the carrier it is locked to can authorize unlocking it. Contact them and see if they will unlock it for you. If they will not do so, or if the phone was damaged by the hack to the point that it can no longer process a legitimate unlock, then buy a new phone.
