File transfer using bootcamp?

i bought a usb data transfer cable to transfer files between my macbook and pc but it doesnt work with my mac. is there anyway i can boot into windows 7 on my mac and transfer files from my mac partition to my desktop pc using bootcamp?

MacBook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

i my windows install my mac hd is mapped as drive MachintoshHD d: in my can I can copy to and from it
