My email suddenly does not work any more. I can not setup a new account. My password will not be accepted. What can I do ?

I tried all diffenrent possibilities. None did work. My password will not be accepted. My MobileMe IMAP server rejects it all the time. What can I do ?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
