I'm using an iMac 21.5'' (mid 2011) with BootCamp running Windows 7 64bit.
When i download the driver pack, it will just use an old graphic driver version from january 2011.
How can i update this driver to a newer version?
I tried to use the original driver for my graphic card from manufacurers website (AMD Radeon HD 6770M)

go into ur device manager and find ur graphics card under graphics or somethin close to that then wen u find ur graphics card right click and hit update then search web for driver and it should get new driver
this is the newests version other drivers for the video card will not install

well not unless there are some fancy ninja tricks way to do it
but I would assume when official windows 8 support comes the drivers will be updated to newer ones
Problem solved successfully!!!
I installed the Beta version of the driver. Follow this link to the AMD website. Old driver will be automatically uninstalled and then upgraded. Works properly.

I have been having the issue of no brighness control when running windows through bootcamp for about 6 months now and have not found any applicable solution online.
While messing around trying to figure it out yet again I noticed that my monitor driver was signed by team viewer...
Sure enough clicking the roll driver back button resolved the issue by rolling the driver back to the Microsoft driver...
So long story short:
Right click "My Computer" click properties
Click device manager (lop left of window)
Expand Monitors section
Double Click monitor
Click driver tab
If the driver here is not signed by Microsot or Apple click the roll back button. My driver version is 6.1.7600.16385 (Driver date 6/21/2006)
Rolling this back instantly resolved my issue. I will now propagate this post to all the threads I saw regarding this issue.
I am running windows 7 x64 Ulti on a 15" rMBP.
