MBP Will not wake properly from sleep-flash of screen and keyboard for a bit every few seconds. Under guest account, wakes up just fine. I also cannot unlock various padlocks to change settings in e.g. system prefs. security? Any help, I'm dyin!

Can't seem to find the file your speaking of...all files/folders unhidden, it's not in /home/users/[me]/Library or /Mac SSD/Library.

This all seemed to happen after needing to reset my password after a failed experiment with Rohos USB Key login, resetting my password with my Apple ID and then being told by the system that I'd need a new keychain since I could not remember the password (for the Rohos login) and that my old keychain needed to be deleted (although I see it's been saved).

That may be the problem, as you can see from this screenshot, that file does not exist (at least in the place it should reside):

Also, I'm going to need to use terminal commands to create a new administrator or any other user account (as I cannot unlock the padlock to create one)...Now, what would the terminal commands I'd need to use? Or is there another way?

Also, repairing disk and disk permissions from the Recovery Partition did not help my sleep issue, again, it's like my machine is trying to wake up (lights on screen and lighted keyboard start up for a quick flash), but never comes back. The Guest User account, however, does not have this problem-it wakes from sleep just fine-making me believe this is a SW or SW+HW issue.....

And this system popup keeps rearing its ugly head:

No go on safe mode...unless it takes an hour to boot...progress bar gradually finished, with the spinning spoke replacing it and never booted anywhere....ideas anybody, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks for your help.

Still cannot unlock system prefs/users etc. Also, many applications are returning errors like: "failed to obtain the necessary authorization" or " '' failed to obtain permission" so I've attached a portion of my log, showing when I attempt to unlock (or click on the padlock) in system preferences - User Accounts:

I can't reinstall ML, nor can I create another user (unless I use Terminal, and I'm a novice at best with Terminal).
