It's enough as it is that our smartphones are spying devices, not to also include our computers.
Not yet, but Apple is probably going to add it in OS X 10.9... but "Speakable Items" is an alternative. You can enable it on System Preferences, under "speech." Hope this was helpful.

On Mac OS Sierra they have included Siri as an optional program during install. It's actually pretty cool and functional as well. You can ask it to play your favorite band and it will open up iTunes for example.
