Default APN for AT&T iPhone 5

Anyone have idea what would be the default APN for AT&T and Verizon iPhone 5's ?

Whilst searching the answer from the net seems that at least AT&T is using 3-5 different APN's depending on the network the phone is registered.

Is there one access point name that would work regardless of the device being connected to 2G, 3G or 4G network?

We're slighly off topic now already, but better to give an example.

In Europe most of the operators use single APN for Internet connection e.g. apn = internet, and in the US for example AT&T has 3G apn = wap.cingular, 4G apn = phone (HSPA), 4G apn = lte (LTE).

AFAIK all these work independently and there is no fallback, meaning if you have only set one apn in the profile the device always tries to use it.
