When I go to take a photo or video , theres a box that pops up telling me I don't have enough storage to take a photo. But in my settings it tells me I have only used 6.3GB which I have a 8GB phone . Do I need to buy or is there another way I can get around it?

How did you fix this problem? I have contacted support before my warranty ran out but all they asked me to do was erase my phone and start new. This did not fix the problem and now I can't use my warranty to get it fixed. So, now my only option without knowing how to fix it myself is to send my phone to them and pay almost 200 dollars to fix it.
