Canon makes a zillion different Cameras. How ever would it be possibly to guess Your problem ? 😉

Please please - tell

• No: and text on what Camera it is

• What Video-Codec it uses

• And HOW it's set to record - size, frames per second and interlaced or progressive

So as more info you supply - as better answer
