My screen is scratched because of tiny dust particles. I need to know which is the best screen protector for the retina macbook pro?

I bought my macbook pro (retina display) few months back. Recently, I noticed some dead pixels but when I took it to the service centre they told me that they were SCRATCHES because of DUST. I clean my screen regularly, but the retina is very sensitive, as it has no glass. Now, I have been told to get a screen protector. The problem is that some people have told me that screen protectors can ruin the screen over a period of time because of adhesive they contain. Is the true? which is the best screen protector out there, that will protect my screeenn!!!!
