Syncing iTunes with two phones

I have a new iPhone 5 which I can't use with my Air as it runs OS10.5.8. While I wait for the Snow Leopard disc I have had to buy to arrive, can I sync my old phone using my husband's computer and set my phone up that way without mixing up my content with his?

iPhone 5, Mac OS X (10.5.8)
