Trash Can, Reply/Forward feature, move to folder features all gone

I've had a similar situation happen to me but whether I go into an individual email box or All Inboxes the option to delete, reply to an email, forward to an email or move to another folder all have disappeared how do I fix this?

Close out of the mail app, double tap the home button and completely close out of the app.

Then do a reset, no data loss. Hold down the sleep/home button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
