I have a clent that I made some short videos for. He uses a windows machine and wants to use the videos in windows movie maker. What is the best form of transcoding that I should use? I want the conversion to be lossless.

Get Flip4Mac and export as WMV.
Or,
Export the file(s) as ProRes and tell him to download the ProRes codecs for windows so he can play them in Quickitme for Win. Not likely he'll be able to edit them.

Or export as H.264, he'll be able to use it.

Ditto...
h.264 is not a good choose.
I hand off full rez H.264 files to PC users every day, never had an issue.
They want to edit it...
Best lossless transcode from Mac to PC???
