How to I sync my really old ITouch to my new laptop with the new ITunes layout?
I cannot figure out how to sync my old ITouch to my new laptop's ITunes software. Please help.
iPod touch (2nd generation)
If yu never sysnce to that computer/itunes ibrary before then:
Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive: Apple Support Communities
If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar
To sync to your iPodgo to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod...
and follow the instructions.
To transfer itunes purchases to the computer (if necessary)

In iTunes 11 use Control+B to show the Menu bar then go to iTunes>File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
