Q: Itunes store on my computer - accessing forever

I recenty had help (Apple) uninstalling and reinstallin Itunes on my computer. I am able to download a book from Audible site to my computer, then to I tunes and then to my IPOD. But, when I try to open Itunes store, it keeps accessing forever. (Windows XP) I had been able to get to the the Itunes store previously. Any suggestions?

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)

I tried to follow directions, but I am not getting any publishers like the screenprint in the directions.
