Quicktime Pro - Invalid Registration Code

I bought quick time pro for Mac and received the email from Apple saying Your order is being processed. In that email itself, there is the Registered To name and the Registration Code.

I copied and pasted both the Username and Registration Code into Quicktime Player 7 Registration window, and still got the invalid registration code message.

Tried this so many times and still does not get through.

Can someone please explain what I did wrong here? I specifically made sure that both the Registered To and Registration Code fields are filled exactly like in the email that I receive.

Thanks!

Assuming the key is for the correct platform, the copied and pasted name included any salutation and/or suffix used for your account purchase, and the copied and pasted key itself doesn't work, then contact Apple customer support and explain the problem. If the key was generated improperly and doesn't work, then Apple will normally refund your money and have you repurchase the key. While it doesn't happen very often, the key generation program has been know "glitch" on occasion in the past.
