error code 12001

So I was redeeming a movie using the code that comes on the movie box. There was an interruption while downloading and it seems the movie has two parts to download- the first part "the actual movie" i was able to complete the download but the second part "the extras" i was not able to complete and i get error code "err 12001". i second a window that says to click below but it just seems to go back to not being able to comple the download. Any ideas?
