Can Apple Employees hack my iCloud/iMessage/iTunes/Private Apps/Photo Sharing?

Can Apple Employees hack my iCloud/iMessage/iTunes/Private Apps/Photo Sharing? I was recently in the Apple Store and was asked for my Apple Id/password, and to enter it onto the stores iPad. Coincidently, my email associated with my Apple ID was hacked, and numerous times a day I will be asked for my Apple ID password for iMessage and iCloud. I finally changed my email and password for APPLE ID and now literally every 45 seconds a screen for iCloud pops up. What can be accessed using my iTunes account? I had personal and private data including bank accounts, photos, location enabled GPS for most apps. Is it possible that an Apple employee (with good reason) could get a hold of this information??

I have reported this to the police. I've contacted apple support several times. On Saturday an appt was made with that stores manager who indeed confirmed that her employee hacked into my account. I received apology after apology!!! He should be terminated! I was informed by another local store that he would be immediately terminated. I don't think any disciplinary actions have taken place because he showed up for work,on Saturday as I was working with the manager. They sent him to a back room while I was in the store. This is outrageous and I'm very disappointed in this particular apple store. I don't think they believed me until she was able to see his email address attached to my account.

Yes! This recently happened to me. A apple store employee obtained my password and hacked into my account. I started receiving numerous emails regarding my password and email from Apple and was locked out of my account. I've visited the store several times and written a letter. Eventually, the store manager had to swipe my iPad and create a new Apple ID. The store employee placed his email (which included his first name) on my old account...smart right?? I will never trust apple stores or it's employees with my information again. I had to close my credit card as stolen as well. This happened at the Alderwood mall store in Lynnwood, wa. It's been a terrible process and now I lost my purchased apps because they're not associated with the new Apple ID. What a nightmare! I've lost all respect

Mrs Weary,

The police have been informed and the store manager is aware of the situation. She has no alternative but to consider disciplinary action ... but like all matters of legality, the offender must be allowed to make his case. With the best will in the world you cannot demand anything.

If the matter is criminal, the police will take appropriate action and the manager will be obliged to justify the continued employment of the person involved to their superiors. That is an internal matter.

I would suggest that you sit back patiently for now and await the outcome. It seems you have right on your side and the store will ultimately need to make it up to you. While it is very much a nuisance, it has happened. I hope the store manager addresses and concludes the matter in a decent way.

Not Apple support; Apple Customer Service which is a different department altogether. Call AppleCare and ask to be transferred to Customer Service or ask the manager for the direct number. Have you asked the manager about store credits on the new account.

The employee may have been showing up for their termination session.

Well it was very busy in the Apple Store that day and the employee had my phone for quite some time. I have been through more then one iphone and iPad because the batteries crash on me so I not new to all of this. I would also like to know what someone could access if they had my model, serial numbers, IMEI number, or other info they could obtain while having my phone in their posession for at least 7-10 minutes. My issue hasn't neccesarily been with credit cards being charged, but more or less a female apple employee has become way too friendly and knowledgable of my very personal information such as location. Without disclosing too much info, this woman has shown up at the same food store, and bookstore as me and I don't believe in coincidences as she lives atleast 45 minutes away and works almost an hour and half away. I have social media applications but am very selective of who i'm friends with, especially on location based apps but this is happening way too much and I'm beginning to think she might be up to something. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything - just yet, but any info would really help... any advice is appreciated as well. thanks.

We have become familiar faces since I go into the Apple Store and we know some of the same people through mutual friends. Everything I know about her she has told me, and mostly just innocent conversation at the apple store. I'm not going to report someone is stalking me if I dont know for a FACT that she is stalking me. It didnt catch my attention until a few friends who don't know her, just the situation started noticing it. I changed my apple ID so hopefully it stops, but like I said - it came to the point of being too frequent to be a coincidence. I guess re-routing back to my original question ....... Can an Apple Employee hack into my account and download the apps under my Apple ID and use my iMessage, iCloud, ect.... I don't understand why it is such a secret! its either a yes or no question. I don't feel comfortable knowing that I have had devices (not my own) that have been granted permission for iMessage (I received the notification on my ipad that another ipad had turned on imessage under my apple ID), and at the time I was not aware that someone would desire the need to log into my account to read my imessages - or could actually do it? I'm very very secretive about passwords, and would not even write on the forum about this if I didn't think it were possible. I appreciate all of your responses, I truely do but this has been going on since before March when I first created the post so understandably its been on the back of my mind for quite some time!

It means the employee has discovered your posts here and transferred them to their storage.

No, it means a post here was deleted and sent to an area you aren't authorized to see.

This sounds more like a personal problem you are having with an Apple employee you are acquainted with and not a problem for the volunteers in this forum. If you gave your password to this employee they could have followed you with find my iphone, but if you changed the password that would cease.

You need to either talk to the Reginal Manager of Apple Stores in your area or call the police.
